Get details and specifications for two newly released groov I/O modules: GRV-ODCIHC-12 and GRV-ODCIHV-12.

Explore more options for your groov EPIC system with the release of two groov DC output modules.

Do your applications require driving high-current or high-voltage DC loads? Take a closer look at how these new I/O modules can help.

GRV-ODCIHC-12 - Drive larger DC loads without interposing relays

GRV-ODCIHC-12_p_1600The GRV-ODCIHC-12 discrete DC output module provides 12 isolated 0–60 VDC output channels, each switching a separate DC load. This module is ideal for applications that require driving high-current loads of up to 6 A per channel, eliminating the need for interposing relays in DC circuits.

Typical applications include:

  • Large solenoid valves
  • Contactor coils
  • Brake coils
  • Industrial lighting
  • Large DC relays
  • DC motors
  • Magnetic locks
  • Industrial buzzers and horns

Industries that can benefit:

  • Factory automation
  • Packaging machinery
  • Material handling
  • Food & beverage
  • Water/wastewater
  • Oil & gas
  • Automotive manufacturing
  • Semiconductor equipment

Like all groov digital modules, the GRV-ODCIHC-12's hinged cover includes an LED array that indicates status, along with a touch-sensitive pad that triggers the groov EPIC processor to display module information, including specifications and a wiring diagram.

It provides a full set of features, including:

  • On/off state
  • On/off totalization
  • Output pulsing/TPO

See the GRV-ODCIHC-12 data sheet for complete product specifications.

GRV-ODCIHV-12 - Connect to DC control systems up to 150 VDC

GRV-ODCIHV-12_p_1600The GRV-ODCIHV-12 discrete DC output module offers 12 channels of 0–150 VDC output, each channel switching a separate DC load. This module is perfect for applications that need to drive higher-voltage loads, which are common when reliability over long distances is important, or legacy standards persist.

Typical applications include:

  • Electrical substations
  • Power generation
  • Transmission & distribution
  • Rail & transit
  • Mining
  • Marine & offshore
  • Petrochemical plants
  • Legacy industrial plants

Again, like all groov digital modules, its hinged cover includes an LED array that indicates status, along with a touch-sensitive pad that triggers the groov EPIC processor to display module information, including specifications and a wiring diagram.

This module includes the full feature set:

  • On/off state
  • On/off totalization
  • Output pulsing/TPO

See the GRV-ODCIHV-12 data sheet for complete product specifications.

Both modules are UL/cUL-listed for Class 1, Div. 2 hazardous locations and carry CE and UKCA marks. Each groov I/O module is factory-tested twice before shipment, and most are guaranteed for life.
