NOTE: You do not need to purchase maintenance for groov EPIC. groov EPIC includes unlimited maintenance.
New maintenance renewal process
Now for the exciting news!
We've expanded the maintenance plan to include a 1-, 3-, or 10-year option, with the longer options at a discount. And instead of requesting a renewal quote for each groov, you can order the new flat-rate groov Maintenance plans using a part number.
After you place an order for groov Maintenance, you'll receive an email with your activation key, which you can apply to any of your groov products. It's that simple!

1 Year - $129 - Buy now: GROOV-MNT-1YR
Your groov maintenance agreement will be extended for 1 year from the maintenance expiration date of the product.
3 Years - $349 - Buy now: GROOV-MNT-3YR
Your groov maintenance agreement will be extended for 3 years from the maintenance expiration date of the product.
10 Years - $749 - Buy now: GROOV-MNT-10YR
Your groov maintenance agreement will be extended for 10 years from the maintenance expiration date of the product.

What happens if you don’t renew maintenance?
groov View will continue to run with the same features it had before. Nothing changes or disappears.- You still get free product support from the experienced engineers in our
Temecula, California headquarters and factory. - If you have a groov Box, you can still get groov Admin updates.
- But you cannot get any updates for groov View.
