Premium Factory Training classes provide hands-on instruction for choosing the best programming options for your control applications.

Looking for a reason to attend groov EPIC Premium Factory Training at Opto 22 headquarters? Are your projects requiring technology that can do much more than a PLC?

The monthly in-person training sessions offered at Opto 22 headquarters help you expand your skill set and find easier ways to meet your current application challenges. The team of Opto 22 instructors are committed to helping each student succeed—no matter your years of experience, skill level, range of interests or goals.

Learn system components and configuration, networking capabilities, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and communication methods that you can apply to your own industrial automation application. You might just build a complete solution before you leave!

At the conclusion of each class, students are encouraged to share their feedback with the training staff. Hear what this month's students had to say about their groov EPIC training experience. Then register to join us for the next class!

We welcomed students from across the country (Texas, Florida, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Ohio) to 4 days of immersion in the groov EPIC system—learning all its features, capabilities, and programming options.

Opto 22's Director of Training, Norma Rodriguez, shared, "All class attendees were engaged in the coursework, asked great questions, and fully-participated in all the exercises."

This month's class included several students interested in PAC Control. Some had never used the PAC Control programming option and others had years of experience. Kudos to the Opto training team for keeping everyone engaged and addressing questions at all levels.

This group also showed lots of interest in CODESYS. Integrators sharpened their skills on how to use groov EPIC with CODESYS (so they can offer EPIC as a solution), and customers learned how they could port their PLC code to CODESYS. From the student surveys, it also looks like several will be using Ignition with groov EPIC. It's very encouraging to see all these automation professionals taking advantage of the variety of built-in programming tools offered with an EPIC system.

And each class gets a personal, guided a tour of the Opto 22 manufacturing plant, so you can see first-hand how these EPIC products are made.

If you haven't attended training yet, we hope you can join us at one of our upcoming classes.

And there's also plenty to do and see in Temecula, CA while you're not in class. Make the most of your visit!

Take a look at the 2024 training class schedule, and register to attend one of the 3 remaining classes we're hosting in 2024. The July class is already full!
